Also known as Western Poppy, and Gold Poppy. This herb is California's state flower. This flower has blue and green leaves and stands about 4 inches tall. The flower opens up in the day light but at night and also in cloudy days, it closes up until the sun comes out again.

The traditional uses are for stress, relieving anxiety, provides restfull sleep (with out any side-effects), relieves tension, nausea, vomiting, and constipation.
